I just picked this up from Trader Joe’s the other day, and it’s so convenient. It would definitely be a delicious addition to buttered toast, but I actually used it in my Mini Cinnamon Swirl Banana Breads. I had some extra ripe bananas that I wanted to use up, so I whipped up four of these mini loaves. I’m obsessed with this banana bread! It’s so moist and flavorful, yet also provides fiber, omega 3’s, and whole grain. I used the Cinnamon Sugar Grinder to add a sweet layer to the middle of the loaves and directly on top. It definitely made less of a mess than combining cinnamon and sugar. The great thing about making mini banana breads is that you can freeze a couple for later. This would also be yummy on top of waffles or cookies. YUM!
