This is my favorite restaurant in Strasbourg, France. Une Fleur des Champs means “wildflower” in English and specializes in organic and locally grown vegetables and seafood. It’s not exactly your typical Alsatian food, but it is always incredibly fresh and succulent. The restaurant has an Earthy-crunchy feel to it with wooden tables and chairs. They offer a different vegetarian and seafood dish everyday along with a couple of other specials.

My favorite dish that i ordered from here was Coquilles St. Jaques avec une musseline de patate douce (Scallops with pureed sweet potatoes). It really was divine.

My boyfriend ordered Pates au saumon, which is also amazing.
